- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Customers are encouraged to inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
- Any visible transit damage, missing items, or incorrect products should be reported to PC's R Us within 48 hours of delivery to assist us in investigating the matter with our courier.
- Reporting visible damage within 48 hours does not affect or limit any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act in relation to defective or faulty goods.
