Refund policy

1. 7-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD (ONLINE PURCHASES)
Where applicable, consumers may cancel qualifying online transactions within seven (7) days after receipt of the goods, in accordance with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).
Where the cooling-off right applies:
- Goods must be returned in their original condition, together with all accessories, manuals, and, where reasonably possible, the original packaging.
- The customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Refunds will exclude the original delivery charges where permitted by law.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after the returned goods have been received, inspected, and the applicable cancellation requirements have been satisfied.
The cooling-off right is subject to the exceptions and requirements set out in ECTA and does not generally apply to: custom-configured/personalised devices, software licences, digital downloads, or goods damaged after delivery due to misuse/negligence.

2. DEFECTIVE GOODS (CPA SECTION 56)
Under the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a 6-month implied warranty on defective goods. If a product is found defective within 6 months (not due to misuse), the customer may choose repair, replacement, or refund.
Exclusions include: physical damage, liquid damage, electrical surge damage, unauthorised repairs, and software corruption caused by third-party installations. Products may be inspected before claims are approved.
